Cosecha is proposed as a mixed-use, mixed-income development, located at the southeast corner of San Mateo Blvd and Kathryn Blvd. This mixed-use multigenerational housing community will also offer commercial space to support retail, small business growth, and/or nonprofit services. Adjacent to the Albuquerque Community Safety (ACS) headquarters and International District Harvest Market (ID Market), the property offers bountiful opportunities for community connectedness, local entrepreneurship, and increased neighborhood economic mobility.

Emphasizing abundance and prosperity, Cosecha, which means "harvest" in Spanish, will reflect a community where abundance is defined by friendship, support, and the opportunity for everyone to flourish. It embodies the idea that a strong, interconnected neighborhood provides the foundation for growth and shared purpose.
